BadRomantic 12
Haven't watched the video yet but downloaded the mix... it's cool but... well... OK we get it your name is Haus Of Glitch but why does everything have to be so stuttery? It's kind of irritating, it's a shame cuz the music and everything is so great but the treatment of the vocals of doing that is so irritating to me. :( I'm disappointed cuz I was so excited for this. It's kind of irritating, it's a shame cuz the music and everything is so great but the treatment of the vocals of doing that is so irritating to me. :( I'm disappointed cuz I was so excited for this. That reminds me a lot of when I was younger and my mother used to say, "You're such a handsome boy. Why do you have to dye your hair weird colors and get piercings?" The truth is I didn't have to dye my hair or get piercings...nor do I have to put stutters in my music. But when I make these mixes, it's like I process them through a filter, and I'm the filter. When I sit alone at my computer for 10 hours a day, I deconstruct someone else's art and re-invent it...or more accurately, I tell the story from a different perspective. From my perspective. And all I can do is honor who I really am...stutters, glitches, and errors...and hope that others can see the beauty in the chaos like I do. If I can get people to hear music in a different way, then maybe they can live a different way too. If I can bring all these different sounds together, maybe I can bring people together. And if people can connect with all these different sounds and hear them as one, maybe they can finally appreciate all the different people, cultures, races, beliefs, etc. and see them as one. And that, my friend, is how we change the world. :D <
BadRomantic 12
The 2nd part of the compilation is stunning, Edge Of Glory shines bright for me! I do like the mixes and the alteration to the structure of the vocal edits a lot. Alternatively, on some tracks, especially in the beginning I just can't get into the constant glitch which is subjective, it's clear people love it. I understand it totally, your artistry, your creation. It's out there in the world now and I appreciate 85% of it. It's great. You are an artist, just speaking from my personal taste. I am impressed. I did post when I was only 3/4 tracks in. Telephone is so brilliant, Heavy Metal Lover as an outro is great, Just Dance is edgy, I ADORE the production and music in Marry The Night but I don't like the vocals, call me an old mother who doesn't understand but I do enjoy your stuff. I'd love a Marry The Night instrumental though!

I loved this 'reimagination', listened to the whole thing and was blown away by your talent. Thank you for making them and keep working at what you do best, errors included! I'd love a Marry The Night instrumental though! Thank you. Sincerely. This is probably one of the greatest things anyone has ever told me. A lot of times people either say "OMFGICANTEVENTHISISEVERYTHING" or they just say "...um...wtf is this?..." Very rarely does someone give me details as to what their ears liked and what it didn't. And everything you said made total sense to me. Marry the Night I knew was really pushing how far the ear could take those glitches...it's really aggressive, and by the end I think your ears even feel a little tired. But information like what you gave me let's me know a lot about how far I can go before people just can't listen to it. And thank you for your kind words. <
