In order to follow that "we should include everyone" thing, maybe we should just cancel the LGBT tag and simply use the "news" or "society" tag for every type of news, lgbt or not? If anything, it's about straights having to deal with the fact that LGBT is part of the regular world as much as they are. When you have "straight couple escapes North Korea and marries somewhere else", you will post it under the tag "news" or "society". But when that couple is gay, you tag it "lgbt".
