Witness is such a mess and a flop, but since it's Katy's, I think it has a higher chance than both Miley and Demi.

Bruno has never sent an album to Urban, and I don't think he'd start now, specially when he's against The Weeknd. At least in Pop he has a chance because Divide was no that well received by the critics', and Joanne, Rainbow and Melodrama weren't that big on the charts.
