Many people buy late.  I bought my artRAVE ticket late, when resellers posted good seats.  I bought C2C tickets online the morning of the concert.  Blue spots kept appearing and disappearing as people put seats up for sale and others grabbed them seconds later.  In the afternoon better seats appeared so I grabbed them and sold the ones I bought in the morning.  Costs money, tho ... processing fees for buying and selling.

I think at the end of the day it may be close to sold out.
