Because there is demand. Clearly they have info that the tickets are selling fast so better to add tickets now while they still have time to sell them

The second Citi date isn't doing as good as the first one. They should stop adding more tickets to the first date! 

She's playing there two nights back to back, so people who want to see will by tickets for August 29. No need for the extra tickets for August 28

I have the feeling that a lot of tickets for the 2nd date will be sold on that day the 2nd concert happens. As soon as people tweet about their experience of the 1st date many people could buy tickets spontaneously for the 2nd.

It is but there is always extra ways of milking the date more by adding extra rows, different sections etc. If they see that the first one is sold out days before - they will add tickets and sell them and it won't affect the second date because the promo from the first one will create huge buzz around the second.

They know it and both will be filled
