i always said and people called me crazy and jealous about it. but its true Prism era success is because of that whole Katy vs Gaga thing. 

Her album and singles sold that much because people wanted to see Gaga losing against someone. And They did. 

Dont you guys remember all those tweets ? buy roar and stuff like that. All the fanbases come together for Katy because people wanted to see Gaga losing.

The issue with Katy is not the present but the future. She's making her bed today in which she will lie in tomorrow. These "deals" will save her face today. But what's after? If she doesn't deliver with the tour - that's where the money is for everybody, then she'll become disposable for the label/industry. What does she have to fall back on if she can't sell singles? albums? tours? as she is today. She's trying to change her image/sound/presentation. Will it work? Doesn't so far. Does she have the proverbial Tony Bennett to lift her up? Does she have any support in the industry? She seems to lost even her fans. The future will tell, but from today's perspective it's kinda bleak.

Don't worry about Katy's dates, worry about Gaga's dates. And there's not much to worry about 90% of the shows are massive sellouts.

I knew Katy is going to flop since the day her xmas song flopped in 2015 or 2016 i dont remember.. it was huge flop for someone who smashed just a year ago, then rise happened at that time i was %100 sure about that
