that's why a smart artist knows they also need to pull in commercial success every now and then, if not consistently. Now Rihanna is free to explore her more artistic side and not worry about selling. If ANTi is any indication, she might start to release more critically acclaimed albums (although of course she still isn't writing them but the GP doesn't know nor care about that)
