If we're talking about certs, I think both PI and MR might be at least Gold (eligible) in Poland and MR maybe even close to Platinum. I'm not sure, cause they changed the rules this year, and haven't certify anything for 3 months, so I don't have comparison. And if they really are Gold, Joanne might be Gold as well, cause once I've seen on ATRL, somebody posted that shipments were 8k+, and Gold is 10k. Not bad
