That may not be the venue adding tickets.  Ticketmaster often allows ticket holders to resell them on their site if the tickets were purchased thru ticketmaster.  I don't know if they have a cutoff time for that.

The handling of this tour by event organisers has been pathetic so far. 

How is it that other artists i.e. Ed Sheeran have their tour come announced with the new credit card entry rule but fans going to Gaga shows are expected to know or get told as a last minute notice on concert day?
