but I think I read it somewhere that the change of rules is in favor to Gaga..

Gaga made Billboard changed their rules. I don't know about the Grammy things tho

@FRANZGA The rules back then was the New Artist was supposed to be not nominated for any categories. Just Dance was nominated in 2008 so that's the reason why Gaga hadn't been nominated in 2010.

found it.. Gaga wasn't nominated for Best New Artist in Grammys 2010 because she's already been nominated for Best Dance Recording in Grammys 2009...
