Joanne definitely deserves a nomination for AOTT. I'm not sure it will get one, but it deserves it.

That said, DAMN. is amazing, and so far I think deserves AOTY. I'm generally very biased towards Gaga, but I think Kendrick deserves it so far.

... Million Grammys for SOTY, tho.

I'd love to see Joanne win Pop Vocal Album because it deserves it so much but I'd be very happy if Melodrama gets it instead, either choice is fine by me because they're both great albums even though I could see Melodrama get Album of The Year nom but it's probably going to Kendrick.

As for other Pop albums, Ed Sheeran is obviously going to be there, Bruno Mars and The Weeknd are also strong possibilities.

I agree with this! We have yet to see what other albums get released from now on until September, hopefully not Taylor Swift because I'm just too tired to see her again next year.

That's not accurate. A committee reviews the final nominees. Everyone votes on the big four.

I don't care whether Gaga gets a nomination for AOTY or any other thing, but I do want to Million Reasons to win a Grammy or two. I badly want MR to snatch. 

MR is the only thing GP remember/will remember about Joanne era, and Grammy(s) will solidify it as a major Gaga song (Gaga Greatest Hits)!

Melodrama and Joanne are the best options. Personally I think Lorde deserves it 100%. Kendrick is overrated and Ed's album is downright garbage. But I think they'll give it to Kendrick or Ed. Grammys are useless and have no validity any more. Justin and Meghan have Grammys lol....

First of all I don't think Joanne is commercially more successful than DAMN.

Second of all, it can be also interpreted from this perspective: it has less critical acclaim than Melodrama and also less commercial success than Divide.

Although I think Joanne totally deserves an AOTY nom, it really doesn't have that big a chance.
