I live about 15 minutes from where this happened and it's still shocking to see/know something like this can happen. Still odd for me to take in though

that ain't justification, Philando clearly states from the beginning that he has a gun on him and that he WON'T reach for it, I know the police officer is scared or whatever but he's already pointing at Philando, what makes he think he'll be fast enough to reach the arm and shoot him, also he was pull off for a traffic fault not like he was caught red handed with drugs or anything like that. 

Not stating that racism was the reason he decided to shoot him but the police officer clearly don't know how to do his job, power doesn't not condone murder, so he's a murderer 

I agree with you 100%. If my post came off like I was trying to defend the officer I'm sorry I wasn't trying to justify what he did.
