Quark 7,089
o<(0_0)>o I understand this is all subjective, but I don't understand the hate that many here have for Despacito and Justin Bieber. The song in my opinion is good, both with him and without him. The song is very catchy. Luis Fonsi's singing is great, Daddy Yanke's verse is fire, and Justin Bieber provided just as equally catchy and fitting parts to the song. The beat of the song has a tropical, salsa, reggaeton mix that simply sounds great. Now is this song the best song ever? Obviously not Does it deserve to be the biggest song of the modern era? No, there are many songs more deserving because of their much higher quality (deeper meanings, more creative, better lyrics, etc.) But have the charts ever been about quality though? No. Its all random. Sometimes quality songs are hits and sometimes (or probably most of the time) they are not So does Despacito being the biggest song of the modern era make sense? Yes. If fits with today's tropical vibe, its very catchy, and it has two of the biggest names in the latin world (Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee) and probably the biggest name in the english world right now (Justin Bieber). I agree. I like the original version a lot, but imo Justin Beiber ruined it. If Luis Fonsi wanted a remix, get someone who is latin american or spanish speaking like Camila Cabillo💁 I cant stand the JB remix at all End Racism Now

gagagoogoose 30,952
It's an okay song, but hearing it everywhere makes the song unbearable. Don't even start with the remix.
