The Future of Pop Looking Optimistic

Curio5

Featured Posts

If you're not too impressed by todays artists who makes generic bland edm, autotuned, rehash of un-inspired songs they call pop music ... rest assure there's a new crop of talented starlets making their way up the ranks. Among these there is a possible re-incarnation of Whitney Houston, a Celine Dion clone, and a host of future Swifties.

Are you as excited as I am to see how far they can go? Im cheering for them all.

(so far no sighting of a Gaga 2.0 but im keeping my eyes and ears open)

But the thing is, there are always talented people out there, with amazing unique voices and great performance manners. Pop is always about industry though, and here is where the trouble may occur: how do these great young voices succeed in the industry without submitting to its low quality standards?  Is it easy to do? Why do we think that it will be easier to do in the future of pop?

you make a valid point.

Guess im hoping for a more natural vocal-centric brand of pop and less edm/ autotuned.
