Actually that is a good example, kinda like how even though you may identify as gender fluid you might be prone to breast cancer or prostate cancer regardless of your identity Uh Red Wine... You may identify as a different gender, but if your body is female, then you got higher chances in certain diseases. Your body on a biological sense doesn't care and medical emergencies don't have time for gender identities. Only in medical cases do I not care about making this PC.
