"Super Bowl 51 HT Show Starring Lady Gaga" submitted for Emmy consideration

The special class program which includes awards programs (not honors), variety event programs that are not exclusively made for television, and classical music/dance programs. This year 33 special class programs are competing for five slots when nominations are announced on July 13.

All 21,000 plus voting members of the TV academy have until June 26 to cast their ballots for their favorite special class programs.

The SUPER BOWL LI HALFTIME SHOW STARRING LADY GAGA flying into the Stadium backed by 300 Drones. She then performed some of her greatest hits such as “Born This Way,” “Bad Romance” and “Let’s Dance” with 40 Dancers, as the audience on the field lit up in Choreographed Waves.

Last three Super Bowl Half Time shows were nominated. In 2014 and 2015 performers were nominated alongside show's producers.

In 2016 only the producers scored nominations.
