I can't tell if the top is plastic or not, but I am sure it isn't. It's been rumored that it would cost more than $100, so if that's true, you get everything you want. Also, I don't care if it's female, I'm gonna use it and say "BITCH I SMELL LIKE GAGA" But what if gaga doesn't use it herself. I like the design, its simple yet cute, it looks nothing like other cheap celebrity fragrance cause this one is black when you see it and clear when you spray it.
