I get my hair cut right down the street from here. And I also work less than a mile away. So once I grabbed the screenshot of the house exterior, it was pretty easy to find on Google Maps. Especially since the live stream showed plenty of footage of them driving away from the house, towards the concert venue. I could also see the street sign said "Figueroa" so I knew the exact street she was driving down. So it was easy to trace "backwards" from the concert venue, down Figueroa. It's not an actual house. It's an old theater space. I'm pretty sure that the whole thing was built out especially for this live stream event.
