Which record do you think Gaga looks at as her "Magnum Opus"?

I can see this being true. That could mean the experience as a whole which left a bad taste. Unfortunately, that could stain her opinion of the album but I'm sure she likes some songs on it.  But I can understand hating that time. I think had it not been for the massive fan love during ArtRAVE every night, she could've had a worse time due to all the issues.  Thank God for that tour.

yeah, it is similar to Telephone, she says she hates it, but it's not because she hates the song, it's because making it was stressful

Exactly.  ARTPOP is my soul album and that era was a lot of fun in certain ways. But we ALL were aggravated at times so no doubt she was too.

This tea makes sense though. It's not like she exactly hated the work itself, just the bad energy and negativity she faced during the era. It's 100% understandable

I don't know if she would actually pinpoint one album as her best body of work. For example, comparing albums like The Fame and Joanne is almost impossible since both are so different.

In terms of which album she enjoyed making the most, I wouldn't be surprised if she said Cheek to Cheek. It seemed to be such a healing process for her after all the backlash from ARTPOP. Plus, she appeared to be having a marvelous time throughout the whole tour.

That's what makes me so sad. She spent years working on something just to have it destroyed by the media. I can see why she would have bad feelings towards it.

Sounds pretty accurate to be honest. The record label being critical of potential single choices, alongside them making her change parts of the album so she rebelled with Dope instead of I Wanna Be With You etc. The artRAVE probably made her more appreciative, thanks to spending time with passionate fans.
