You know, like when you got new mates from school but the more you hung out with them the more you see and realise how big the difference you two actually have and start to talk with them less and less but still friendly to each other?? As far as her mentioning "bad blood," it's an old phrase. One look at the name of Taylor Swift's song, and it explains itself. Gaga likely didn't know of the song's backstory, just that it was a song Swift was promoting. I doubt Gaga would intentionally ignore anyone anyway, unless they were nothing but a troll or source of negativity. Gaga generally acts in two ways in social media when there's an issue she feels the need to address. She's either headstrong and responds in a defensive manner, or she's in a positive mood and tries to make things right or come to a resolution of some sort. If she has ever had an issue with Katy Perry, she probably exchanged some words with her in some way. Those are just my assumptions of course.
