I don't think this really does any "harm" or anything, some people might see this as fake or her trying to get attention, but I mean, she's not making **** up, so I think thats just our cynicism coming out Unless there's something about Therapy sessions being shown being some kind of ancient rule that invalidates the whole process, I don't see how it can't also be an honest experience that shes choosing to share.
