There's no issue here; she has done nothing wrong by revealing this rather deep piece of information about herself with her audience. The way how she's joking about Britney's public mental break down at an interview.. And that she called a POC a 'the N word' multiple times. A lot of people have been there and I'm sure it's an act of reassurance and comfort because even though we come from all walks of life, life will sometimes get us down and we won't know how to deal with it. Mad respect for her. I have to admit that because of some superficial stuff in the past I haven't really let myself be a fan of her the way I am with Gaga, but the amount of vulnerability I've seen from her in the past 24+ hours is astonishing and approaches just what I feel everytime Gaga pours out her own heart in interviews and performances. It's no joke and I feel we should have more compassion for everyone in general. The reality is even for someone like Katy Perry, we think these celebs have it all, but they get depressed and dark mentally just like the rest of us. I truly hope she has gotten the help she needed. Even though her music is not my cup of tea, she does have talent and she seems like a nice person. I wish nothing but the best for her. I'm not placing her feelings next to anything, she did that herself by throwing them into a public forum which is clearly full of bigger issues than her. Bottom line is, if what's she's doing is making her so damn miserable, maybe she should hang it up and get into something else.
