To be honest I'm so over this trilogy, Americano was the perfect choice because it was around that time and all of the three songs had 9 letters. (OCD?)

Yes! I know a lot of fans hate this song but it's one of my favorites and it was kind of big here in Mexico. They were playing it in the clubs and it was one of the most popular ones on iTunes along with the singles from Born This Way. It'd have been a great opportunity to make a promo music video just for Latin America but at least the song got some attention with the Puss in Boots movie.

I lived in South San Diego, and it lowkey got kinda popular with some kids at my high school, too. I don't know if Gaga knows how much it actually resonated with a lot of people, especially minority youth.
