That could be why we never got the music video to complete the trilogy because once it was switched to Aura it kinda lost the connection. The impact the story has had on Pop Culture is not one she'll ignore. Aura, although she said it's 'Part 3', won't be once the story's continued visually. I mean, Paparazzi and Telephone don't have any connection between them other than the music videos. Knowing Gaga she'd have made any song the third part even if it wasn't about a highway, lets say Fashion!, Donatella, MANiCURE, hell even Coma To Mama or Angel Down. To be honest I'm so over this trilogy, Americano was the perfect choice because it was around that time and all of the three songs had 9 letters. (OCD?)
