In fact this may help Katy because when pop news outlets report about Taylor's discography being available on streaming services they may mention Katy like "Taylor just made her catalog all available on streaming services while her arch nemesis Katy has also just released her 4th pop album Witness as well!" etc.. She would of released something when the clock hit 12. She is not messy enough to miss out even on a few minutes of streaming and sales to count on the charts.
