It's not necessarily a demo title as far as we know. What we do know is that Aura matches the description of Aura she gave during the time leading up to ARTPOP and it obviously contains lyrics in direct reference to the Burqa. The general theory is that the title was changed to Aura so there wouldn't be any controversy over the song. However the possibility exists that there is a demo recorded that all the instances of the word "Aura" are replaced with the phrase "Burqa" - however that is something that we don't know for sure.
