It's not like the "sanctions" are made with the environment in mind anyway. Imagine if the world sanctions the US for rescinding on the Paris Accord - wouldn't that be fantastic?

Who knows, that may still happen despite U.S. Climate Alliance (so far NY, CA, WA, MA, VT, VA) being formed right away following Trump's humiliating announcement the other day

The US had trade relationships with many questionable countries. I'm just asking why the double standards when it comes to Russia?

questionable countries doesn't mean they're undermining our democracy at home. It's not a tit for tat, no country has every done what Russia just did to us. There's no parallel.
