Non of Malpaso movies have shown big numbers but all have done well on box office. The movie is gonna be kinda indie. I think it will do well with critics.

If you expect to brag about first week box score on ATRL unexpect then. And if you're gonna meltdown because of not a big marketing campaign, unmeltdown then. This is not Avatar, this is more Million Dollar Baby size of a movie. We'll see if it 's as good as previous Malpaso movies.

It wasn't only him and does PI not having great commercial performance make it a mistake to work with him? The song was a BOP imo

I don't really care about commercial acclaim, but more about the critical acclaim. After all, that's what earns oscars.

Well , the movie has a concept that has been done many times before, plus this is a second remake of the movie.

I'm expecting average to low commercial success and average critical acclaim.

OT: I think it'll do okay. I don't think it'll smash, but I don't think it'll be a complete flop either. This is both a big change for Gaga and Cooper. Both of them have to live up to their fullest potential—as this'll be Gaga's first big acting gig, and as this'll be Cooper's first time directing (I believe).
