The plan didn't get passed yet and most likely won't get passed so I wouldn't worry. And we aren't sure if it is actually going to kill people, they just most likely will have to pay more. I mean, when she came up with the idea she must have known that there would be backlash. So instead of owning it she instantly apologized.
