Not exactly all. In Toronto im in the limits of suburbs and homes are still all going for $700,000 here in Brampton

Montreal is the cheapest of the large cities in Canada

 

But even so, prices have still risen far more than incomes

Fort McMurray despite cooling is still expensive AF, Victoria is getting quite expensive

 

Most of the GoldenHorseshoe area (including cities not technacly part of GTA for being too outskirt) have been rising significantly also

It's nowhere near half. It's a little more than a third (about 38%). That is my educated guess because I educated myself. Yours is an uneducated guess, lol. And Victoria and Fort Mac's populations are very small.
