The fact that you have no compassion for an 11 year old boy disgusts me. No matter what his father has done, will never warrant attacks on him or a lack of empathy for his situations. I doubt anyone asked him if his father should run or if he wanted to be the child of a celebrity so lay off the kid. And to everyone claiming there are bigger issues to be concerned about, that is a petty way of devaluing someone else's concern. How do you feel when people say that to you? Is it acceptable for someone to say "Who cares about "rape culture" when women are being stoned to death in other countries just for being in public without a man" or "Who cares if someone refuses service to you for being gay when gays are being imprisoned and murdered in other countries." It's disrespectful and honestly ignorant. Be big or small, one person or many, you don't know the weight of another person's issues and it's not your place to decide that weight. We all have our struggles and yes it was both embarrassing and disgusting to see people do the same thing to Obama, but that's only more proof that this shouldn't be acceptable no matter who it is aimed at.
