Carpool Karaoke enlists Will Smith, Miley Cyrus & more for series

Apple has set a new premiere date for its Carpool Karaoke spinoff series after delaying the show's spring release. 

The program is now set to debut Aug. 8 on streaming service Apple Music.

Corden is expected to appear in an episode but will not host the series, which instead will feature celebrity pairings including Shakira and Trevor Noah; Game of Thrones stars Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams; Queen Latifah and Jada Pinkett Smith; John Legend, Alicia Keys and Taraji P. Henson; and Miley, Noah, Billy Ray and the entire Cyrus family.

When Carpool Karaoke premieres, it will be made available to subscribers of Apple Music, which costs $10 per month. New episodes will be released every Tuesday.
