I can see why some people are disturbed by it, but it's not like she was legit threatening to murder Trump. And she has already apologized! That should be the end of it. There's no need to ruin her life and career. It makes me so mad that a comedian is being held to a higher standard that the ****ing PRESIDENT of the United States!!!! The backlash at Kathy Griffin is worse than the backlash Trump got when he bragged about sexually assaulting women! And he actually DID those actions he bragged about! It wasn't just a joke!! Billy Bush, who took part in the conversation, got fired from hosting a morning talk show and Trump goes on to win the election and become president!!! WHAT THE ****!!! How is it that people think someone who brags about sexual assault is unfit to host a talk show but fit to be PRESIDENT?!? I DO NOT UNDERSTAND! This country is ****ED UP!! I cannot stand it! Totally agree. While I find the picture to be beyond distasteful, she most certainly is covered by the 1st Amendment. Why an investigation was opened on a 56 year old comedian with no criminal record is certainly beyond me. In regards to Trump, I blame the Democratic Party for his presidency (I hope all those superdelegates are happy). This type of tomfoolery is what happens when both sides put up their least likable, most inept candidates. We are left with Donald J. So many people are "outraged" by the photo but were they so outraged when Obama was pictured lynched/Burned with the word "NI**ER" on a building? And not like this was a 1 time incident either. It just shows peoples' true colors. They wont admit to being racist but they dont have to. In their eyes a black man is not worthy of such a position so why defend him? And apparently "libtards" are the ones that are dramatic and whiny all the time. I can't with the hypocrisy. lol There can be 99 bottoms in the area but all it takes is 1 top to believe in you.
