Hmm im against this. What about medical papers etc. At the end of the day we all have a **** or a vagina and the hormones that comes with ones gender. Idc what people put on things like there drivers license but with some things its just very inconvenient

I mean I don't care if someone is going through something where they are unsure of there gender, there are still 2 genders because gender is just the state of being either sexes

A bit off topic but I cannot wrap my head around being non-binary.

Like it's so weird to me not feeling male and not female.

I sympathize with these people because I can't imagine how hard it must be to feel this way and have people not able to understand it.

It's really not all that complicated. Non binary people just don't want to be restricted by gender norms or expectations such as expression or sexuality, so they abandon those chains and are simply their own person and gender.

Gender =/= Sex

On medical papers there should just be a box for sex and a box for gender

I approve, but I don't think gender has a place on identity documentation. People should see others as humans, not genitals. Maybe that's too extreme for most people, but oh well.

I think that's too much to ask of humanity just yet

chaeri pls

So is a lot of other things, yet we must continue to ask anyways or we simply concede that humans aren't capable of challenging themselves and changing.

1. look up intersex people. educate yourself first and don't make statements about biology if you have no idea what you're saying.

2. genitals =/= gender.

3. thankfully, you "being against this" changes nothing. there have been more than three genders way before europeans colonized america and there will be when america is no longer america.

Right but this isn't something they choose to be, they just are.

And for me I can't even begin to imagine feeling this way. Like I'm male 100% I can't ever feel female and feeling non-binary just sounds so much more complicated because we live in a world that revolves around male and female.

Sometimes we don't always have to understand to accept. I guess that's one of the beauties of humanity.

i'm not here to educate you, i don't get paid for that, and if you do belive that your genitals define your gender you're ignorant and transphobic and i decided long ago i wouldn't waste my time and effort on people like you.

True, but in a world where women are still asking for equal pay and rights, it seems far fetched to ask people to let go of the notion of gender.

Yup.

Sadly, however, for many people this is the case.

Some humans still can't have empathy towards people of a different race or ethnicity which are visible things.
