Well they are cutting their budget for college loans making it harder for more low income students to finish college and now they are cutting budget on childrens' insurance coverage. 

Great. Can he get anymore despicable? 

Maybe he will soon promote euthanasia to the old,  disabled and decrepit to cut budget too?
