Her voice and lack of stage presence lends itself to cafe singers who grab a guitar, sit on a chair and sing singer songwriter type songs. That'a what Katy was supposed to be and apparently it is what she always says she wants to do. This whole popstar thing does not work for her (it worked for a big part of her career but ppl are finally seeing that it just does not work hence why her series of under performing songs right now). I think once the Witness era is done she should focus on making a VERY acoustic driven album with the sound of her songs like "Circle The Drain", "Thinking of You", "The one That Got Away" and "Ur So Gay" etc...that's the REAL Katy Perry.
