Yes, but I don't understand why they're pushing SWSW when it's already falling.  Maybe there's another song on the album that people would like well enough to push to #1.

They're trying to make use of her feud with Taylor Swift to create buzz for the single. See how they even brought her up during her episode of Carpool Karaoke.

I'm not a Katy fan, but that makes me sad.  Maybe she needs to get versatile.  Or maybe she's just happy staying in her niche, and make whatever she can there.  Once an artist has enough money to retire, it's hard to say what drives them.  Idk.

EDIT: It is now confirmed Bon Appetit is the second single, will remain the second single, and the words were misinterpreted. Wikipedia listed BA as a promo single but took back the claim. Swish Swish will now serve as the third single. The thread title originally claimed it was the second single but ATRL users misinterpreted Billboard's words.
