After TFM I thought we would get a bright, colourful album cover with a unicorn or some sh!t. How wrong I was. I think I loved the motorbikeGa but the font is just atrocious and I still can't fathom how that made it past the draft stage. Imagine how awesome the standard edition cover would be if it had the deluxe edition font. Would have looked bad ass. Instead it just looks like something she did on Microsoft Word. I pray we get a re-release on its tenth anniversary with a unicorn as the cover the absolute slayage although I do love the gagacycle insta: good_lukeing | I have nothing else to promote

TimisaMonster 31,073
I didnt like the standard cover...I liked the special edition. The font, the copy and paste sparkle all over the bike and title, and the overall bad photoshopping was what ruined it for me... The single cover should've been the album cover... Chromichiga 184
omg I remember, I wasnt even on the fan site at the time and I had a meltdown about the standard cover before I knew what meltdowns were. I bought the deluxe purely because of the cover.
babs 5,093
I was SO triggered by the standard cover omg, I thought it was so ugly and looked amateur. Now I accept it better, but still recognize it's kinda ugly haha.
Nirvana 2,712
I was not then on any fan sites so I did not get to see your iconic meltdowns But I personally loved the cover, the era and the whole album.

Vodka 4,478
Honestly, I disliked the standard version edition, and was glad that the deluxe edition existed. My fave pic was the itunes banner pic they had for the album. Yes, I also do love partying in moving houses as seen in that one Bacardi tv ad. Creating insane expectations, fake rumors etc. On the other hand I do remember TEOG music video meltdowns, I had really messy time in my life at the moment (the album was a huge help to though). I only learned the story afterwards, when the video came I was just really surprised at it, such a contrast to other videos before it. I also have read that people used to drag this album up until ARTPOP came, been always so surprised to that... To me the album's great, there are some growers in it, but in general it's such a journey in itself. One of a kind.
The Child 18,997
I don't remember actually, I was 13, I was a very big stan, Born This Way (the single) and Judas were giving so much life and I really liked the whole dark aesthetic but since I had no phone back then and Spotify and all didn't exist, I only had YouTube to listen to the songs and the deluxe cover was on all the songs from the album so I just thought it was the actual cover. ‘If religion be the cause of disunity, then irreligion is surely to be preferred.’ ‘Abdu’l-Bahá

Tom Nook 37,807
Girl what gaga was giving me in 2011 what I always wanted in a pop star. So fresh so dark, it was 80s and heavy metal yet pop, and also progressive & liberal, and the religious connotations too. Always stan for the Gagacycle. Uh Red Wine... Convict... Gah Gah...
