In what hospital staff called a “pawsome” ceremony, the pair, both golden retrievers, got hitched in Lisa Barth Chapel on Thursday. During the exchange of collars, Aimee Hoflander, Hunter’s primary handler, and Allison Bowring, Hope’s primary handler, who doubled as matrons of honor said “I do,” on behalf of their respective pups. Hunter actually kissed the bride afterwards. During the reception, patients received "doggie bags" and Hope and Hunter enjoyed a doggie wedding cake.
