You could hear the explosion from inside which would have caused everyone to panic, however speculation/false reports at first thought it was inside the arena but has since been confirmed it was outside. The suspect did it in a public space outside the venue right outside the box office/exits so people were walking towards the area once the concert was over. These people came to have a good time and enjoy the music, and then it turns into a ****ing nightmare. It breaks my heart. The cruelty that happens in this world is disturbing.
