That's all nice but what is he doing in congress to end Trump? After all he seemed to resent the idea to impeach Trump.

Impeaching Trump is an impossibility right now, no President has ever been kicked out of office due to impeachment in American history. Richard Nixon came close, but he just resigned before it could happen.

Trump has not lost Republican support, therefore Republicans will not vote for his impeachment. If we push for impeachment at a point where its sure not to pass then the second time it comes around it wont be taken as seriously as the first, and that's more dangerous.

It's unlikely he will ever be impeached in his term, it takes a lot to lose the support of your party, Trump is actually playing to Republican beliefs right now.

I'm asking this as someone not from the US, but wouldn't Pence as a president seem scarier?

No, he isn't an unstable, temperamental manchild with dementia carrying the nuclear codes in his pocket.

You mean Nixon. :)

True. A two-thirds vote in the Senate is a high bar. They will have to have more than "he said, he said" testimony to clear that bar. In fact, removal from office was unlikely to happen for Nixon until they found the tapes where he admitted to obstruction of justice. They will need something of that magnitude, or more significant in this partisan atmosphere, to get rid of Trump.

It really doesn't matter who started it, it was a general complain to all the politicians, because it's a global behavior now and it's not correct..
