"Has it happened?" "Not in my experience. It would be a big deal to tell the FBI to stop doing something......It has not happened in my experienced." Either James Comey lied under oath or the FBI Agents who leaked the supposed memo lied and forged a memo. Either way, a crime was committed and is most likely perjury. Comey was not asked if President Trump tried to halt the investigation. He was asked about the AG and Justice Departments. Also: even Fox News thinks the memo exists.
