They're mentality is that a lot of smaller stations follow Z100's playlist, and seeing TC on power will trigger other stations to put it on power. They did the same thing for MR and it kinda worked. Unfortunately radio is still a large part of the Hot 100 equation and still the biggest promotional platform out there so it's necessary I know, I know. But you know how our luck is.
