I remember that KIIS also directly added it to PR but the first day of "transitioning" was different as a usual PR day with just about 12 spins and they started the hourly spins pretty late. Not neccessarily disagreeing with you but a PR on a radio is not equal to her actually stepping up and doing promo, incl a video. It's just a PR on the radio. Let's just wait and see. I think that if nothing changes in the coming next two weeks, then it will be almost safe to say the song is not getting any further "single treatment".
