Yeah, I'm sure she would have! But I'd prefer her to be in a movie with Bradley Cooper featuring new music than starring in a television show where she is potentially breaking up her friendship with Donatella. 

I mean Gaga has written a song for Donatella, she has talked about how much she loves her. If the show comes out wrong, and Donatella feels it's exploitative, then that would kinda super suck.

I think Katrina will be a fantastic season. Just like "The People v. O. J. Simpson" it will be necessary because it's a sad and heartbreaking story that divided America. . I like a good show without too much sensationalism. Did you know that the New Orleans police opened fire on desperate survivors of the hurricane? I think that's important and, as I said, it's going to be absolutely incredible. 

Versace is just for the gays.

I think Penelope might have been more convincing as Donatella because Penelope will be seen as 'doing something different'. (the same for Gaga) She's usually a brunette so this is a unique step for her whereas Gaga is usually the blonde pop star and now she's playing a rookie which is shy and coy, which turns out to be something she's never done before.
