If she serves equal promotion, maybe not as successful but a 400k debut in the US, why not?

If she puts out an album full of The Cure within this year she might. Not that it's the only way. But it's the most probable at the current situation.

She had 2 more successful albums afterwards. ARTPOP and Joanne. She also had the highly successful Cheek To Cheek with Tony Bennett that went on to win a Grammy. 

So yes, I'm sure the next album will also be successful!

Not 1m copies the first week, but she could have a successful album if the music and promotional strategies are right. Joanne to many was dead on arrival because of the awful first single choice, and ARTPOP was promising untill the whole second single debacle. They need to fix her management and release strategy since it hasn't been good since the BTW era.
