all of Dylan fans need to make a maxi thread about him, it's becoming annoying to see this threads popping every 2 days about a new fricking reaction that only his followers care about

You could also not just click on the threads :oprah:

Not really a fan of his, but I like to see people's reactions of things Gaga does.

If you really just don't like it, then you don't have to click on it, you know.

He isn't that cute? Attraction may be subjective but that jaw line isn't. He is beautiful, your bitterness isn't.

He doesn't do research? He is making pop star reaction videos on youtube, he isn't writing a doctoral dissertation. It's okay if he doesn't always "get it." I'm sure that if some members of this forum were asked to make a reaction video to an NFL game you would say some pretty idiotic things.

An attractive straight guy is validating the opinions of a bunch of effeminate outcasts. It's not complicated. Just enjoy it or move on.

I don't like him.  I am in this thread.  Come at me, OP.  :classy:

I enjoy that he is giving her more exposure.  But I dislike that he tries to pander to the gays, and doesn't even take the time to do some basic research into the song after his reaction so he can talk intelligently about it.   :rip:

I'm talkin' 'bout forever, baby.

I find this all incredibly offensive. 'Effeminate outcasts' don't need an 'attractive straight guy' to validate their opinions. Gay men aren't 'effeminate' outcasts and not all gay men are 'clueless' about football.

The YouTuber mistook rape victims for performance artists...it's a sensitive issue and a little insensitive to assume these human beings who were sexually assaulted are some sort of prop for an incredibly powerful performance about rape and consent.

It's not about clicking the threads. It's about Dylan having a schedule for his channel where, each Tuesday, he releases a Lady Gaga video. Given that it's a weekly schedule, it would be convenient to have a single thread for his videos rather than a weekly one. It will be easier for his fans to follow and not subject this site to countless threads about him. It's also not uncommon for 3-4 threads to be made for the same video, which further clutters the board and requires a moderators efforts to merge them all.

Incredibly offensive? Really? Incredibly? I'm sorry that your sense of reality is so warped that you found my post incredibly offensive.

As an effeminate outcast who knows nothing about football myself, I don't think that is an offensive generalization. Nor do I think it's an inaccurate generalization to make about the art freaks, queens, and gay men that make up a majority of Lady Gaga's fan base.

Log off tumblr and take a breather.

I just don't it to be a big deal. One or two threads about one of Dylan's reaction videos doesn't bother me, and it doesn't really clog up the whole board. I'm not a mod, so I don't know how the system works, but even if it's just one or two threads, it's not like it should be a big hassle. It's part of their job as a mod on the forum to help contain things as much as possible.

Also though, having a section just dedicated to Dylan seems excessive. Like, he's just another YouTuber that will probably come and go on this cult site.

All I said is that your stereotyping of an entire website full of people is offensive. I'm sorry you can't handle criticism, or another opinion. I don't have a tumblr, but perhaps you have a URL to share given your response. Hopefully an attractive straight guy will surface to validate your feelings on my comments.

I never stereotyped an entire website. Perhaps if you read posts more carefully you would be less prone to being offended.

I assume you understand the difference between the words "some" and "entire."

Surely it's not incredibly offensive to suggest that some members of this site would have a difficult time saying anything intelligible about football. All you have to do is use the handy search function on this site to find out how infrequently "football" is discussed.

:)

"A bunch" and "some" are words with entirely different meanings than "entire." I never stereotyped an entire forum.

There is nothing wrong with being an effeminate outcast. There is nothing wrong occasionally enjoying the validation of a stranger. There is nothing wrong with not knowing anything about football.

Being an effeminate outcast is something to celebrate. Give Born This Way a listen. I'd suggest listening to ARTPOP but if you hear the line "just ask your gay friends their advice before you get a spray tan..." you might be enraged by the promotion of such an incredibly offensive stereotype. :)

If you don't get the difference between a bisexual woman writing a campy song and suggesting a subset of people are 'effeminate outcasts' who should be grateful for a 'straight guys validation' you're a lost cause.

Continue to magnify the fact that I found your assertion offensive. It seems that in addition to straight men, making fun of and misrepresenting another's opinion or feelings validates you as well.

Have a nice night, I can only assume your next post will follow the same formula as your previous: English lesson on words as an attempt to clarify your poorly worded comments, comment gay is fine, go on to say labeling people for being gay is fine, say something not offensive, then suggest I'll take offense to it as a way to make your initial comments seem less offensive to others.

Bye.
