Contemporary artist. Katy, Riri, Bey and Tay-Tay. Along with Lady Gaga, they were the "pop girls" that dominated WW of the new millennium. That's why comparisons of their performance in the music industry is inevitable. Of course there are new and younger upcoming stars but they have still a long way to go to reach the heights of these "pop girls" success. I want to add Adele but I don't think she does pop.
