They both ran off, but she said some local kids helped her find them both and they're back with her now. She said they were all a little shook up but they'll be ok. The video actually made me feel really sick, the mob mentality of it - it's not even as if the old lady provoked any reaction. Respect should be granted to elders. It was designed for the sole purpose to get people to say "omg how awful," and "aren't these kids just the worst humans." This thread was designed to get emotional reactions from people, not to discuss anythig pertaining to the video. That's why there are no prompts in the original post. Meanwhile, I think that the sensationalism of the thread title was worth discussing. Because she's mean, crazy, and out of control? @Versus makes an interesting point tbh. I've seen so much hypocrisy on this site, and that to me is most disgusting of all. While this elderly woman incident is terrible, psychological studies can describe the teenagers' behavior through group compliance, social situations etc. (look up Milgrim's studies, or the even the Stanford Prison study to a certain extent).
