Besides, when the hell is Gaga supposed to promote new songs and make music videos? As soon as she finishes making ASIB she will be going straight into rehearsals for the tour. Basically she knew a third Joanne single would be pointless because it wasn't remotely radio-friendly as an album. TC was released to keep her relevant for the time being. They are def not combining a raw,pop,country etc album with a pure pop album Thought so too but honestly why not? it would be like a side B or an opposite of the album a la TF-TFM. She wanted to do that with ARTPOP and it's not like The Cure has meaningless lyrics about partying, lyrically it fits with the album themes. I would be glad if TC wasn't just a standalone single but instead part of a bigger re-release.
